TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Updated April 30, 2020

We recognize these are very uncertain times and we urge everyone to remain safe by staying home until the health experts decide it’s time to relax travel restrictions.

Since your travel plans might change as a result of evolving travel restrictions, we will be pleased to offer you the opportunity to convert your booking to an Experience PEI e-certificate which can be used at any point in the future toward any of our product.

If you need to cancel all together we will refund your tickets, though a 5% processing fee will apply and will be removed from the refund amount. If cancelled 24 to 72 hours prior to the experience date, we will retain 25% of the purchase price. If you cancel the same day of the experience or fail to show up for the booking, no refund will be issued.

We require payment at time of booking to hold your spot for any experience. Our bookings are conducted through a third party site called EzTix and therefore all purchases are subject to an additional booking fee above the ticket price. During checkout, EzTix will offer the option to purchase booking insurance for an additional cost. This allows the peace of mind to cancel a booking right up to the start of the experience and you will receive a full refund of your ticket fee. Some restrictions do apply.

Exceptions do apply to certain tours in partnership with outside providers who have a no refund policy on their tours. Therefore, these purchases can only be exchanged for another date. We have made note of this on the tour information section of these experiences. We recommend you consider the booking insurance if you want to book one of these tours.

Some experiences are dependent on weather and provider availability. This will require us to check with the provider and you will be contacted via the email you provide us if there are any changes required for your booking. If the provider can’t accept your booking, or if we cancel due to weather, and you are unable to reschedule the experience than we will provide a full refund.

Many of our tours have a requirement for a minimum number of participants to run. If you book a tour that doesn’t reach the minimum requirement, we will refund the full amount of the ticket, less the 5% administration fee. If you are a solo traveller and are unsure if a tour is going to run, we recommend contacting us ahead of your booking. We often respond within 24 hours.
