Terms and Conditions

We require payment up front to hold your spot for any experience. Our bookings are conducted through a third party site called EzTix and therefore all purchases are subject to an additional booking fee. During checkout, EzTix will offer the option to purchase booking insurance for an additional cost. This allows the peace of mind to cancel a booking right up to the start of the experience and you will receive a full refund of your ticket fee.

If you choose not to purchase booking insurance than you will be subject to Experience PEI’s refund policy. If you cancel the booking more than 48 hours prior to the experience date, we will charge 5% of the fee + HST (15%).  If cancelled 24-48 hours prior to the experience date, we will charge 25% of the fee + HST (15%).  If you cancel the same day of the experience or fail to show up for the booking, no refund will be issued.

Exceptions do apply to certain tours in partnership with outside providers who have a no refund policy on their tours. Therefore, these purchases can only be exchanged for another date. We have made note of this on the tour information section of these experiences. We recommend you consider the booking insurance if you want to book one of these tours.

Some experiences are dependent on weather and provider availability. This will require us to check with the provider and you will be contacted via the email you provide us if there are any changes required for your booking. If the provider can’t accept your booking, or if we cancel due to weather, and you are unable to reschedule the experience than we will provide a full refund.
