An authentic lobster boat experience including a traditional lobster supper on board with the captain and crew.

  • Experience how islanders fish, cook, crack and enjoy a traditional lobster supper.
  • Meet a local fisherman and chat with him and his crew about our incredible fishing industry.
  • Witness a lobster trap being hauled from the water. Learn all about how it works.
  • Learn about the habitat and life cycle of our east coast lobsters.
  • Take in the incredible Charlottetown waterfront and cityscape.
  • Your meal includes a 1-1/4 pound lobster, with potato salad, coleslaw, biscuit and butter included in the price.
  • Children's meal is available upon request.

Bookings need to be made 24 hours in advance of the desired date in order to guarantee a spot.

If the weather is unsafe, the tour may be cancelled. Change of date or refund will be issued.

Minimum of 2 people must book in order for this experience to take place.

Additional snacks, beverages and mementos are available for purchase on board.

Fundy Cruiser - Lobster Boat Experience - Experience PEI
When you arrive at the Yacht Club look for the “Fundy Cruiser.”
Leaving from the Charlottetown Yacht Club, the tour includes sights like a historic lighthouse, details on the habitat and life cycle of lobsters and the chance to see a lobster trap hauled from the open ocean.


Your safety is our number one priority We will take you through safety instructions and show you where to access the flotation devices in case of an emergency.

The boat leaves right on schedule We recommend arriving 15 minutes in advance of the departure time.

The boat is docked at the Charlottetown Yacht club. You can park for free in the lot unless otherwise indicated. The boat is often docked near the ramp to the far right of the marina.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available at each tour’s starting location. After your purchase tickets, you’ll receive emails with meeting points and parking options in the area.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. As long as we know in advance, we can try and accommodate your needs.

Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

Yes, advance ticket purchase is required. Events typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.

Are bathrooms available during the tour?

Yes, bathrooms are available during our tours.

Do you plan corporate, or private events?

We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, Birthday parties, out of town guests, corporate, conventions, festivals, parades, grand openings and more).
