Prince Edward Island is known for both its beautiful scenery and its fresh foods. The ‘Fair Isle’ is a mecca for foodies, and this journey through the heart of the island is a feast on many levels. We will take you on a 4-hour journey through the heart of the Island and along the coast to meet some of the producers and providers of seafood, goat products, honey wine, and liquors.
Along with this guided scenic tour, you’ll be treated to delicious goat products from a fully operational goat farm. For seafood lovers, there will be a freshly shucked oyster and seafood chowder. While experiencing some of the Island’s most breathtaking views and rolling farmland, you’ll pull into a lavender farm where honey from the bees is turned into a delightful mead wine. The tour will wrap up at an organic apple farm distillery to sample their liquors and spirits. By the time you’re back, you’ll have seen how beautiful the Island is and had a roving lunch like nothing you’ve ever had.
